Help bottling operations achieve desired efficiencies by providing a schedule for production that creates optimal line efficiency with inventory carrying costs.Įnsure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all NOD finished goods items are available by customer-requested ship dates. Work with Brand Managers on production plans or planned FG purchases for new products and brands. Participate/lead in process improvements that deliver cost savings in areas of production scheduling. Foster continuous improvement in such areas as well as use of WeSupply. Support planning of intercompany transfer processes to NOD. Plan production for the bottling operations at NOD using Master Production Scheduling module. Provide exceptional customer service by updating Access database, create and review Sys21 work orders, and monitor shipment activity. Make sure each order is entered in a prompt and accurate way and improving efficency of production.
This position will be held responsible for scheduling all production, maintaining MPR/MPS, as well as replenishment of cases and goods from sister plants.
